2026 ISCA EAST COAST ELITE SHOWCASE - FAMILY INTEREST SURVEY
As families are already aware, Wave will be attending the 2026 ISCA East Coast Elite Showcase in St. Petersburg, FL (March 31–April 4, 2026). As we move into more detailed planning for meet entries, meet-specific training, and family coordination, we ask that all families who are planning to attend, likely to attend, or still considering participation, complete the interest survey linked below. Completing the survey allows us to better solidify swimmer interest and plan accordingly; it is not a final commitment, and responses may be updated as plans evolve. If this meet is on your family’s radar in any capacity, please complete the survey by February 4.

SUPER SPLASH VOLUNTEER UPDATE - WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP
Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to volunteer for Super Splash—we truly appreciate the strong support from our Wave community. As a follow-up, we still have approximately 30 volunteer shifts that need to be filled to ensure the meet runs smoothly for our swimmers and visiting teams.
The following roles still have openings and are critically needed: Meet Marshals, Timers, Hospitality, Check-In, and Event Setup. If you have not yet signed up, please do so as soon as possible. If your family has already met the minimum volunteer requirement and you’re able to help more, we would be incredibly grateful if you’d consider picking up an additional shift. Extra help makes a big difference—and older siblings, grandparents, and extended family members make great volunteers, too!
We are also seeking an additional Announcer to join our hosted-meet dream team. If you’re interested, please contact our Vice President, Patrick, at [email protected] for more information. Not only will your voice fill the aquatic center, this role also satisfies volunteer requirements!
PARENTS AND LOCKER ROOMS
As a reminder, parents are not permitted in the locker rooms during practices and meets in accordance with athlete protection policies. Restrooms for parents, siblings, and other guests are located down the hall. Please wait for your swimmer in the lobby while they change. If any issue arises in the locker room, please notify a coach on-deck—or a lifeguard in the case of an emergency—so it can be addressed promptly.
